OpenSpots provides a smart parking reservation platform connecting drivers with available parking spots in participating venues. You agree that you will:
* Use the Services only for lawful purposes.
* Not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or hack our systems, servers, or networks.
* Not resell, sublicense, or misrepresent OpenSpots’ offerings.
* Provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account or booking a spot.
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent removal of your access.All payments are processed securely via third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or Apple/Google Pay. By submitting a reservation, you authorize OpenSpots (and its payment partners) to charge the displayed amount.
* Fees are shown prior to confirming a booking.
* Refunds are subject to the venue’s cancellation policy.
* OpenSpots is not liable for delays or failures in processing caused by your financial institution.
OpenSpots acts as a facilitator between drivers and parking providers. We do not own or operate parking facilities.
Therefore, OpenSpots is not responsible for:
* Vehicle damage, theft, or loss occurring on venue property.
* Fines, towing, or other penalties resulting from user error or violation of venue rules.
* Delays, technical issues, or force-majeure events beyond our control.
Users park at their own risk and agree to comply with posted parking regulations.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity occurring under your account will be assumed to be authorized by you. Please notify OpenSpots immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
We respect your privacy. Data collected through OpenSpots is used solely to improve the platform and deliver services. For full details, refer to our Privacy Policy. By using OpenSpots, you consent to data collection and processing in accordance with that policy.
We aim for 24/7 uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance or system updates may cause temporary downtime. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature without prior notice.
All logos, code, content, and designs on OpenSpots are protected intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent from OpenSpots LLC.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date. Your continued use after any modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
